Museum

The Denali Commission and Alaska Department of Community and Economic Development in the summer of 2005 provided funding to assist the local community in creating Whittier's first historic museum. The city of Whittier itself carries signs of Alaska's unique role in military history. Learn about local histories that are untold elsewhere.
